this made me want to cry but i kinda couldnt, its just cold and empty and stuck this way.
i rlly liked how everything after the first house got progressively more depressing, good job pulling that off.
also how ur message is repeated multiple times by different people, there is only one lesson left to be learned.
i dont think ur metaphors were very cringe, the whole thing is the tire iron that people who still watch simpsons season 36 need to be hit over the head with. and kinda everyone else too. but i guess they can still ask chatgpt how to reverse climate change and pretend everything is fine while the water laps at their feet.
i feel like i understand u better now.
